[Elecraft] KAT500 beta firmware

Elecraft has released updated KAT500 utility, updated serial command reference, and a beta release of new firmware.

Anyone who was bothered by good tuning solutions being pushed off the stack should be very interested in the new AB command.

The new firmware has been checked by at least two alpha testers but everyone's station is different so please take a look and report any issues.
