[Elecraft] KXPA 100 Hi Dissipation Fault on 15 Meters

Update on the KXPA100 fault on 15 meters: The issue went away for a while
and returned. I decided to reinstall the firmware and reset the
configuration via the KXPA utility. All seems to be working again. Will
keep an eye on it.
