[Elecraft] KX3 manual page 14 regardincg "TUNE".

CW = continuous wave, an unmodulated carrier

CW <> Morse code, although many take it to mean that these days.  One
doesn't "learn CW", one "learns Morse code".

Do you have a watt meter between the KX3 and the loop?
