[Elecraft] K3s power level macro

We thought about that when we designed the KPA500. Take a look at page 29 of the K3S Rev A manual - "Per-band Power Control”.
You need to have the KPA500 communicating with the K3 through the Aux I/O cable.

It works amazingly well, no macros needed!
