[Elecraft] K3 Birdies

I found that the instructions for how to route the various cables were a
helpful start, but after a LOT of trial and error I found that in some
cases other positions worked much better.  And of course, some positions
work better for some birdies while other positions work better for other
birdies.

On a whim, I even did an amusing experiment where I stuffed the spaces
in the case with carbon impregnated foam (enclosed in plastic bags to
avoid potential shorts) in order to hopefully absorb some of the RF
floating around.  Unsurprisingly, it didn't help a bit.

SIG RMV made all the difference in the world for me.  Properly done, it
totally removed almost all of the birdies and the two or three that
remained were dropped to very low levels.  It was a very clever fix by
the Elecraft team.  It did, however, need to be redone when I swapped
out the old synths for the new ones even though I kept the cable
locations the same.
