[Elecraft] ***SPAM*** k3s / winlink

After some head-scratching, I found that in the radio settings for  
Vara HF, the you have to choose Elecraft K3 and USB Digital, then in  
the radio control port select the COM port and 38400 as the baud rate,  
and turn off the DTR and RTS check boxes in that portion of the dialog  
box.

Then in the PTT area, select the same COM port, and turn on either DTR  
or RTS, depending on which is configured in the PTT-KEY menu on the  
K3s for PTT.  When you click 'update' on the Vara HF radio settings  
dialog box, it will warn you that you are sharing the same port, but  
that's OK.
