The Radio settings in Winlink Express vary depending on the mode you have
selected.

Which mode are you trying to use?  (I.e.: Packet, Ardop, Vara HF etc.)

Can anyone help with configuring my k3s and winlink express software?
having issue with receiving signal from radio to software. All the setting
are correct- same as receiving ft8 -etc. all my other software works
correctly- but not winlink. If someone knows the configuration settings -
please send them to me . Thank You Very Much! Would be very Appreciated !!
