[Elecraft] K3 drive level for Q5 Signal 432 Transverter

Tried what you suggested Gary.  No joy.  The upper limit with the PWR knob remains at 0.8MW.  I can adjust downward but not upward.  Need to get a good power meter on it and see what the actual output is.  And, I’ll try the low-level power calibration process and see what happens.
