[Elecraft] K4 REV Button

I use the REV a lot on my single-rcvr K3 with no panadapter: it's how I 
find the working station in a split when trying to get through to the DX 
(see vid below).

I don't have a K4 yet. Maybe there is no use for a REV on a dual-watch 
or dual-rcvr rig. I do hope its usual function is retained. It will at 
least remind me how to work the DXpeditions with a single receiver...
