[Elecraft] K4 REV Button

If it's like the REV button on the K3, it is not usable as a tap-hold 
button. That is because what it does is switch the VFOs WHILE YOU HOLD 
IT DOWN and then switches them back when you let go. This enables you to 
jump back and forth between the DX station and the ones calling him in a 
split frequency pileup.

If you don't have the second RX, this is how you discern the way the DX 
station is moving and place your TX VFO in the right spot to get him!
