A lot of people seem to like to bad mouth Elecraft, particularly by some
using other another brand equipment. Let me give you my todays experience
with Elecraft.
At 12:45 pm PST I generated an email to Tech Support concerning a problem I
am having with my P3 being difficult to power on.
At 12:50 pm PST I received a reply from Rob at Elecraft asking me for more
information regarding power cabling etc.
At 1:07 pm PST I replied to the query.
At 2:35 pm PST I received another email from Rob.
AT 6:37 pm PST I replied.
At 6:52 pm PST I received an RMA from Elecraft.
At 6:54 pm PST I receiver ANOTHER email from Rob.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LAST TWO EMAILS FROM ROB WERE SENT AFTER NORMAL WORKING
HOURS.
I would wager that you would never receive a tech support from either of the
BIG 3 after working hours.
You certainly will not hear me bashing a company whose employees provide
service like this.
