[Elecraft] Need K3 Board

Hmmm ... Elecraft has a very significant investment in those data [often 
called Intellectual Property].  Can't really see them just giving it 
away.  Likewise computer codes.  I'm not at all surprised that they're 
holding their IP close to the chest.
