[Elecraft] [K2] Cheap power supply for KBT2

Hi Jim,

Excellent article.  I haven't checked if it is a source of noise, but it
doesn't quite matter because this is a charger, not a power supply.  I only
use it when I need to charge a battery, so it is OK.
