[Elecraft] K-Pod and the DVR

I have recently acquired a K-Pod and have a question. Before someone 
flames me with the RTFM, I have read the K3s manual, the K-Pod manual 
and the Cady manual (which is awesome). I find mention of the use of the 
K-Pod for CW, but I would also like to use it as an easier way to 
activate a recorded message in the DVR. Any clues are appreciated. Stay
