[Elecraft] 2nd RX Removal

Many instructions for options, such as filters, include directions on how to temporarily remove the second RX. To permanently revive it, you would need the instructions for the second RX installation and reverse it. You would need to find all the odds and ends including the back plate to completely reverse it.
