First….. what length is your OCFD ?
2nd……   What Height above ground ?
3rd……   What Feed line are you using ?
4th ……   What Band do you Operate on Most ?
I can Model the Antenna and give you the results .

Don't stay stuck in the past: not all ocf dipoles are created equal. 
With properly designed transformers and chokes, the common mode current can be tamed to perfectly decent levels.
