Or.... for $70, you could buy the MH4 mic from Elecraft.  Works with the K4,K3S, K3 and K2.

You will have to either rewire the Icom mic's Foster plug or you need to
purchase the Foster plug adaptor for the Yaesu mic and then rewire it.
