[Elecraft] 2M internal Xverter now 3.5 kc lower

I have the high stability reference oscillator and External RefLock. External oscillator in use and am 800 Hz low.
The directions I received from tech support required exposing a capacitor on the RefLock board and adjusting it. Beyond my capabilities.
