[Elecraft] Shipping Status updates

Not now -- as of today, Santa Cruz Co, where I live, is now shutdown, 
and Watsonville is only 20 miles S. Also, many Elecraft employees live 
in Santa Cruz Co; Wayne works from home, and lives in Silicon Valley.
