[Elecraft] Firmware

To the best of my knowledge, there are no firmware upgrades that require
hardware changes. The firmware is written to figure out which version
to load - an example is the old and the new DSP board - but that was
long ago.

The converse is NOT true - some hardware changes require firmware
upgrades to make them functional.
