[Elecraft] Heil Goldline MM-4 Mike does not work into Front Panel of My K3

Dave,

Heil has been using low output microphone elements for the past few years.
I know the information on the Heil website says to use the FP.L setting 
for the K3, but that is dead WRONG! I wish Heil would fix that statement 
- I have answered this question several times.
You will have to use the High Gain mic preamp setting - FP.H.  Since 
this is a dynamic microphone, make sure bias is off.
