[Elecraft] Heil Goldline MM-4 Mike does not work into Front Panel of My K3

Hi All:

I have a Heil MM-4 Boom Mike that is not working into my K3. I just tested
an Elecraft MH-2 Hand mike into the front panel and it works fine.

The configuration that I am using for the MM-4 mike is FPL - with High Gain
(7)  (NO BIAS). It shows no input with speech.  It is switched on at the
mike and the toggle switch on is is set to full range.

The headset I have is Yamaha CM500 into the rear panel and it works fine.

The MM-4 mike used to work with the above setting. The mike is switched on
and the toggle switch is set to full range.

I have run out of ideas and could use help.
