[Elecraft] Remote On/Off KPA-1500

hello

what are the diferent ways to turn KPA1500´s on/off remotely?

Is there any way to turn it on/off alone, with no need to turn on/off the
K3?

For example i want to turn on K3, but want to have KPA1500 off, is there
any way to do that?
