[Elecraft] FSK-D, Y-BOX & WinKeyer - config help please

Thanks everyone. I think I have the combination of K3s, Fldigi, WinKeyer
and Y-Box doing FSK OK. All my issues seemed to be centered around Fldigi
quirks. Pretty frustrating but done is done.
The Y-box ties everything together nicely and exposes the FSK and PTT pins
for easy access from the WinKeyer.
Let me know if you want my notes about setting up the WinKeyer with Fldigi
for FSK.
