Interesting...

Guess I am having trouble wrapping my mind around it.  The bandwidth of the
channel is supposed to be 2.4 KHz.  But the implication on the P3 scope is
that it is an AM signal -- 1.2 KHz below the carrier and 1.2 KHz above the
carrier.  That's not enough bandwidth for a SSB signal.  Maybe the scope is
centered so that it is 2.4 KHz above the carrier and 2.4 KHz below.  That
might make sense (although it would imply a 4.8 KHz wide AM/DSB signal).

No matter what the scope says, I don't understand why it has to be put into
DATA REV in order to decode signals obviously sent as USB.

Glad to know something isn't broken, but I don't understand the DATA REV
bit.
