[Elecraft] K3S, no line output on 1/8" jack

Bill's (NR4C) feedback was the key, thank you!
My K3s was configured as LIN OUT=PHONES. With that setting installing the
headphones would disable the Line Out jack on the back (perhaps thinking it
might be attached to some external audio processor). Changing to LINE
OUT=nor 010 keeps the Line Out jack operational independent of the use of
the front panel PHONES jack.
I guess the behavior in LIN OUT=PHONES mode is not described explicitly on
page 22, 61, or 79/80 of the manual, which discusses the Line Out jack. I
was impressed with all the extra hardware used for the Line Out jack (extra
24-bit DAC, audio amp, transformer, etc.). Maybe a brief note on these
pages might help some future user.
