[Elecraft] Elecraft Digest, Vol 180, Issue 4 K3S USB W7 audio

LIN OUT is already set at 1. The Microphone level set and extra 
attenuator steps in W7 are not active until you plug a microphone 
into the MIC jack and has no effect on the K3S internal sound card whuch 
shows up as its own COM device.

Also, in the Windows 7 sound card? make sure your don't have Microphone 
Boost checked.??? Forgot about that one.
