[Elecraft] KPA1500 firmware version 01.87 and K3S/K3 MCU version 05.64 are now in production

I just loaded 1.87. It appeared I was not able to 
connect via LAN. I use a fixed IP for the 
KPA1500, but discovered the new firmware had 
enabled DHCP. After disabling DHCP with Utility Program a can now connect.
