[Elecraft] Cause of KPA1500 SWR bar graph fluctuations identified & fixed

Hi all,

As we suspected, the SWR bar graph fluctuations observed by some KPA1500 owners were caused by an algorithmic anomaly in the firmware. This has been fixed. A few of our field testers will be checking out the new firmware for a couple of days before we do a wider release.
