[Elecraft] KX3 in International carry-on luggage?

I just carried mine as well as the px3 all the way to India and back in carry on with no issues.

It's a pain in the ass to have to unpack and repack my carry on every time I went through security but they were more concerned with liquids than any of my electronics.

Waiting for my KX3 to arrive.  I will be doing some international travel in
the summer.  Just wondering if anyone has carried the KX3 in carry on
luggage or a backpack.  Do security officials get upset with the battery?
