[Elecraft] K3S/K3/KX3 EQ settings

I followed Jim's EQ recommendation which he as stated a number of times on
this list. For clarity I posted it here:

that this is an excellent recommendation. I received a number of
unsolicited "great audio" reports while operating as PJ4R in March WPX.
