[Elecraft] K3 EQ settings?

The Wizkers program also does this, along with other things.

I collected TX EQ settings from posts to this mailing list and wrote that up a couple of years ago. The blog post is here. The title says “KX3”, but it is the same for the K3. Or any radio, really, because this is about voice, not the rig.
