[Elecraft] [K3] A momentary BAT LOW warning

Yup. I found a similar problem in my solar charging system. 
There was a large loss in the curent/voltage meter. I found it 
because the inline auto fuse holders were warm to the touch. It 
confused the charge controller leading to slow charging. I'm 
still trying to come up with a good fix, but now I just remove 
the meter from the system.
