[Elecraft] KPA-1500 changes modes

Sounds like an issue with the WSJT-X (Hamlib) software not the
KPA-1500.  I suggest you take the matter up with the developers
or WSJT-X and hamlib  <wsjtgroup at yahoogroups.com>
