[Elecraft] KXPD3 problems

I think he may be saying that when the KXPD3 is fully inserted the rig goes
into transmit .... but it works properly when it is pulled out a little ...

I have no idea why you would want to operate it when not fully inserted and
the securing screws tightened.
It does not sound to me as though you have a problem.
