[Elecraft] K1 and DMM resistance checks

Roney,

If it is an auto-ranging meter, it is okay.  1 just means open, which is
greater than 100k ohms.  If it is not an auto-ranging meter, make sure you
select a range that will measure at least up to 100k ohms.  Again, 1 would
be okay.
