[Elecraft] KPA 500 Fan Continues to Run

His fan runs when the amp is off and the fan turns off when the amp is on
and on standby.

Bill,

Check the menu setting for FAN CTL - any setting other than NOR will
cause the fan to run continuously.
If it runs all the time when set to NOR, contact support.
