[Elecraft] KX3/KXPA100 Change

Elecraft CS suggested wiggling the RJ connector, too, but I found the 
problem was wiggling the 2 plugs at the other end of the cable.

Also [egg on face] I once had one of those plugs plugged into the RX I/Q 
jack instead of ACC
