[Elecraft] K3/KX3 and Bluetooth Headphones

I purchased a Bluetooth transmitter for use with sound system and decided to
try it on my KX3.  Works OK for SSB, but absolutely unusable for CW as
mentioned the latency is so bad I had to disconnect it to send.
