Don is correct.  I have the KFL3C-200 and it is marked on the filter itself.

Look on the filter itself.  The offset should be marked on the paper tag
affixed to the filter.
I don't know about the new 6 pole filter, but that is true for the 5 pole
filters, and I assume it is the same for that one.

In other words, the offset is not on separate paperwork.
