[Elecraft] P3 drift

So I have the K3s  TCXO, and no P3  drift. Are they not related?

My K3 seems quite stable (at least for CW purposes) although I don’t have a 
TCXO. But there is considerable drift in my P3 for the first 15 minutes or 
so after turn-on. This is noticeable when the span is narrow (5 kHz). I 
wonder if anyone has thought about the possibility of stabilizing it?
