[Elecraft] K3S Band data 1 connection to the Yaesu VL1000 query

The authority on connecting the K3 to the Quadra (Band Data 1)
was N0SS.  See:

Check the Array Solutions cable for a connection between pin 10 of
the K3 DE15HD plug (key out LP) and pin 2 of the Quadra DIN-8/262
(TX GND).

As an alternative, connect an RCA to RCA cable between the K3
Key Out jack and the Quadra PTT 1 jack.
