[Elecraft] Oddity in K3 with new synthesizer

I think the spec is relative to the TCXO frequency, which is nominally 49.380 MHz, NOT the dial frequency.  I'd happy to be corrected ...

So 20 Hz against the TCXO nominal is quite within spec.
