[Elecraft] KX2 fw 2.61 Mic Bias / MIC BTN

On my KX2, I can't seem to change MIC BIAS or MIC BTN settings.

Spinning the VFO knob has no affect.  I am on 2.61 firmware DSP 1.46.

I can change other settings just fine.

Anyone else see this?
