[Elecraft] KPOD RIT/XIT

When I put the KPOD rocker switch in the RIT/XIT mode, unless I press the RIT
or XIT switch on my K3S but turning the knob does nothing. That's not
surprising, but is there anyway to control RIT and XIT on/off on the KPOD -
without writing a macro? Shouldn't that be built into the firmware?
