[Elecraft] KBPF3MDKT, KIO3B, KXV3B install order?

Perhaps I should have made it clear that if you have the sub receiver
installed to replace the sub receiver module *after* installing both the
KXV3B and KIO3B upgrades.

Hoping someone has done this already, but the KVIO3B is still pretty new.

I'm about to start reading the inserts, but wondering if anyone has any
suggestions as to installation order into my K3.

(Yeah, I know it was more expensive to do this way, but it's my hobby.
I'm not doing it to maximize the money I have, I'm doing it to maximize the
fun I have fiddling with my radio when the bands don't appear to be
cooperating.) :)
