[Elecraft] KBPF3MDKT, KIO3B, KXV3B install order?

I would suggest the KXV3B be installed before the KIO3B.
The KBPF3MDKT can be installed at any time - there is no physical 
problems requiring removal of other options (other than the SUBRX) to 
make those changes.
