Yes. But there is no issue using the KXPD2 paddles on a KX3.  And one can
order a second short screw for the KXPD3 so they can be used on either rig
as well. Order E700245 from Elecraft.

The long(er) screw does nothing for the installation on a KX3 either, so
there's no reason to have it.

I -think- there's an issue with the one of the screws for the KX3's paddle
being too long with danger of it damaging a board if it's used on a KX2.
