[Elecraft] KX3 Meter Display Question

On my KX3 tapping the keyer/mic knob toggles the display between power and alc and it stays there.  If in the power/SWR display mode changing the mic gain temporarily shows alc but then reverts back to power.

Tap the button and it will stay put.
