[Elecraft] T1 as stopped tuning correctly.

Steve,

The blinking yellow LED as well as the Self Test results seem to 
indicate that the T1 is in BYPASS mode.  Tap the BYP/INFO button to 
alternate between ATU inline (green LED on).
